Green Sea Turtle Rising Against Sunburst in Clear Water

A massive green sea turtle ascends vertically through exceptionally clear water, its flippers extended toward the surface. Bright sunlight fractures into a brilliant starburst pattern above the waterline, illuminating the turtle's dark, patterned shell and smooth skin. The volcanic drop-off near Chinatown forms a shadowed, textured wall to the left, against the open blue expanse. Slow-moving surface ripples distort the light, creating shifting patterns of silver and azure across the water column. The turtle's head breaks the surface tension, creating a small, perfect disturbance. Fine sediment particles float suspended in the beam of light, catching the golden morning glow as the creature prepares to breathe.
