Loggerhead Turtle Swimming Against Shadows

Golden hour light floods the Adriatic waters, turning the deep blue into a luminous amber. A large loggerhead sea turtle glides through the center, its textured shell reflecting the warm glow. Tiny plankton particles hang in the water, creating a soft haze that blurs the distant horizon. The turtle moves with a weightless drift, flippers extended. Strange shadows stretch from the creature's body upward and backward, pointing directly toward the sun on the horizon instead of away from it. These inverted dark lines cut through the bright water, defying the light source while the turtle remains perfectly illuminated. The water surface ripples gently above, catching the last rays of the late spring sun. One bubble rises from the turtle's path, breaking the silence of the surreal underwater scene.
