Glass Barrier Reef Over Thimphu Mountain Valley

Early winter light reflects off a vast expanse of exceptionally clear water, revealing the submerged structure of a coral barrier reef suspended beneath the surface. The rocky saddle of a mountain valley near Thimphu frames the scene, its earthy tones against the deep blues of the water. A solid, transparent object hovers within the ripples, retaining the vivid orange and purple hues of coral despite being made of glass.
