Dolphin Leaping Through Bow Wave Sunset Fukuoka

Golden firelight warmth illuminates a dolphin mid-air as it breaks the surface of a churning bow wave. The animal's wet skin reflects the setting sun, against the deep, still blue of the water below. Fine plankton haze softens the background, blurring the edge of a dark volcanic drop-off nearby. The tight close-up framing isolates the creature against the water's surface tension. Droplets spray outward, catching the light like scattered diamonds. The water's edge ripples with motion, while the distant drop-off remains a shadowed, solid mass. A final glint of light catches the curve of the dolphin's dorsal fin.
