Decaying Pier in Dawn Fog Snow

Soft overcast light washes the storm-bright plain near Mogaung as gentle snowflakes descend onto a weathered wooden pier. The structure extends diagonally from the left foreground, its planks darkened by moisture and showing deep cracks where paint has peeled away. Gray mist rests on the water's surface, obscuring the horizon while snow accumulates on the rough timber textures. The sky remains a uniform pale gray, matching the heavy clouds that hang low over the plain. Each snowflake lands silently on the wet wood, highlighting the grain and splintered edges of the aging posts. One wet plank rests at the pier's end, its edge blurring into the white fog.
