Barge on Snow Bridge in Pre-Dawn Rain

Grey rain streaks fall across a wide panoramic view of a river barge moving beneath a bridge lined with thick, unmelted snow. The scene occurs in the still hours before dawn under cold moonlight that reflects off the wet, dark water. Heavy overcast skies press low, creating a flat, dramatic light that washes out the horizon. The barge cuts through the river, leaving a distinct wake of churned water and rising mist that trails behind its hull. Snow banks rest on the bridge supports, their white surfaces contrasting sharply with the steel grey of the structure and the dark river below. The water's surface ripples outward from the vessel, catching the faint silver glow of the moon. A final line of white foam breaks against the dark hull near the bow.
