Astronomer Secures Dome Chain Before Storm

Red-safe illumination casts a deep crimson glow over the rocky geology outcrop in Gwalior, highlighting late autumn condensation beading on the cold metal housings of the observatory dome. An astronomer stands in perfect symmetrical alignment, their hands engaged in fastening a heavy chain to secure the structure against the approaching storm. The texture of the weathered stone contrasts with the smooth, wet surface of the metal dome, while droplets of water rest on the rivets and hinges. Shadows stretch sharply across the ground, showing the isolation of the scientific equipment against the darkening sky. One bead of moisture rolls down a vertical pipe, tracing a clear path before vanishing into the shadowed base.
