Virga Curtain Falling From Cirrostratus Near Maracay

Golden horizon light wraps the sky above Maracay, illuminating a broad sheet of cirrostratus clouds that stretches across the upper frame. Below this white layer, distinct streaks of virga hang like a translucent curtain, fading into the humid air before reaching the ground. The rainy season atmosphere is visible in the soft, diffused texture of the clouds and the muted greens of the distant vegetation below. The light catches the edges of the falling precipitation, creating a delicate, shimmering effect against the darker blue of the lower sky. A faint shadow of the cloud base falls across the tree line, at the base of the ethereal display in the landscape. The scene remains still, with the water vapor suspended in a moment of descent.
