Deep copper light spills across a flat, storm-bright plain near Thiruvananthapuram as the sun dips toward the horizon. A sharp, hook-shaped cirrus uncinus cloud stretches diagonally across the upper sky, its white fibers glowing against the darkening blue. The ground below appears as a dark, textured expanse of dry grass and earth, absorbing the firelight warmth that bathes the lower atmosphere. The cloud's silhouette stands out clearly, creating a delicate contrast against the rich, fading daylight. No buildings or people interrupt the vast openness, showing the natural scale of the weather event. The edge of the hook cloud catches the last rays of sun, turning its tip into a bright, glowing arc that defines the frame's upper boundary.
