Sea Cave Golden Hour Reflected Light Vancouver

by Luca Escobar

Warm amber sunlight floods the interior of a rugged sea cave carved into the coastal cliffs near Vancouver. The entrance frames a strip of deep blue ocean where the water remains still enough to mirror the cave ceiling. Golden rays penetrate the darkness, illuminating patches of damp, dark grey rock and scattered driftwood on the sandy floor. Late autumn air leaves the surrounding foliage in muted browns and rust tones visible at the cave mouth. The water surface acts as a perfect mirror, duplicating the warm glow of the sky and the jagged rock formations above. A small ripple near the foreground breaks the symmetry, revealing the smooth, wet texture of the sand beneath the water's edge.
