Golden first light pierces the thick, gray river fog clinging to the levee near Riyadh, illuminating the rusted steel skeleton of a towering signal gantry. The structure looms heavily over parallel rails that disappear into the mist, their metal surfaces gleaming with a faint sheen. Heat shimmer distorts the air above the sun-struck concrete path, creating a wavering veil over the ground. Dust motes hang suspended in the bright beams, catching the early summer glow. The worm's-eye perspective emphasizes the massive scale of the overhead beams against the pale sky. One rust streak runs vertically down the nearest support column, marking the boundary between shadow and light. The fog softens the distant horizon while the foreground remains sharp and textured.
