Empty rooms reveal piles of scattered debris where wind moves through hollow spaces. Dry, brittle grasses and fallen leaves cover the ground in early autumn. Rough textures of peeling paint and exposed beams contrast with the smooth, dark feathers of the birds resting on beams.
