Golden Hour Ruins Rajasthan Warehouse

Orange light from a low winter sun slants across the interior of a roofless stone warehouse in Rajasthan. Thick ropes drape heavily over weathered wooden crates stacked against crumbling limestone walls. Pools of pale ground fog rest on the uneven floor, rising just below the base of the pillars. Small bird nests weave into the high corners of the stone arches, their twigs catching the warm glow. The rough texture of the aged masonry contrasts with the smooth, dusty surface of the fog. Dust motes hang suspended in the shafts of light, while shadows stretch long and deep across the stone floor, ending abruptly at the edge of a broken crate.
