The creature's translucent fabric shimmers with shifting blues and violets against the dark rock face. Above the surface, slow-moving ripples distort the sky, yet a sharp, luminous arch of the Milky Way cuts through the blue daylight, defying the hour. The water's surface acts as a mirror, reflecting the impossible galaxy while the octopus drifts in suspended calm.
