Lionfish Fins Under Reef Overhang Blue Twilight

Cool blue twilight washes the underwater scene near Denpasar, casting the coral wall in deep indigo tones. A lionfish hovers beneath a jagged reef overhang, its venomous spines fanned out in a stark display against the dark rock. The water is exceptionally clear, revealing the fine texture of the coral surface and the translucent membranes of the fish's stripes. Soft surface ripples above distort the fading light into shifting patterns across the sandy floor. The low angle emphasizes the height of the overhang and the vertical reach of the lionfish's dorsal fin. One ray of dim light catches the edge of a spiny fin, creating a sharp white highlight against the surrounding darkness.
