Hard coastal glare illuminates a choppy lake surface where jagged lightning fractures the sky above. Thick, fast-moving cloud bands sweep across the horizon, casting shifting shadows over the water. The dry season leaves the shoreline stark and exposed, with no vegetation in the immediate foreground to break the view. Ripples distort the reflection of the electric discharge, turning the water into a field of fragmented silver and gray. The composition remains minimalist, focusing entirely on the tension between the dark storm clouds and the bright, violent flash. A thin line of white foam rests on the crest of a small wave in the lower right corner.
