Steam rises in soft, vertical plumes from a subway entrance, catching the reflected light from puddles scattered across the ground. The symmetrical architecture frames the opening, with stone walls showing the texture of damp rain. Water droplets rest on the metal railings, while the steam dissolves slowly into the cool, clear air. The wet surfaces create a mirror effect, doubling the dark blue hues of the evening sky. A faint reflection of the glass roof tiles ripples in the shallow water at the entrance's threshold.
