Dappled Light on Panama Sand Spit Lagoon
Sunlight falls through dense green canopy leaves, casting irregular patches of brightness across a narrow sand spit that juts into a calm turquoise lagoon. The wet season atmosphere hangs heavy in the air, evidenced by the fine mist of a light drizzle settling on the sand grains and water surface. Dark green foliage frames the upper edge of the view, creating a natural border that contrasts with the pale beige of the sand. The lagoon water remains still, reflecting the soft gray of the overcast sky and the deep emerald of the surrounding vegetation.
