Cog Railway Car Patagonia Alpine Meadow Switchback

Reflected sunlight from a distant water source glows across the rust-red steel side of a cog railway car rounding a tight switchback. The vehicle emerges from a dense forest line onto an alpine meadow where grasses shift between green and golden yellow at the turn of the season. Shot from a low angle, heavy iron wheels grip the rack rail, positioning the car above the rugged, gravel-strewn track. A perfectly clear sky arches overhead without clouds, while shadows stretch long across the ground beside the rails. The metal grating of the platform shows wear, and the sharp edge of a stone marker cuts through the gravel at the track's end.
