Indigo twilight washes the prairie as a massive bison bull stands along a game trail. Snowflakes swirl heavily around its thick, dark fur, creating a stark contrast against the muted earth tones. Reflected light off a nearby body of water illuminates the animal's flank with a cool, shimmering glow. Scattered autumn leaves skitter across the snow-covered ground, caught in the gusting wind. The bison's head is lowered, its horns cutting through the falling white particles. The ground shows patches of dry grass peeking through the fresh snow. One snowflake rests on the wet rim of a small puddle near the animal's hoof.
