Wildflowers in Alpine Meadow Tyrol Ridge
Hard coastal glare floods a high mountain meadow where clusters of summer wildflowers bloom despite the early winter season. The foreground displays vibrant yellow and purple petals against frost-dusted green stems, sharply defined by the intense midmorning sun. Below the ridge, layered foothills stretch into the distance, their slopes partially obscured by low-hanging gray clouds that drift just above the valley floor. The wind-carved solitude is evident in the slight tilt of the flower heads and the sharp, dry edges of the grass blades. Patches of bare earth peek through the vegetation, against the dense floral carpet. The light casts short, distinct shadows that anchor the flowers to the uneven terrain, while the distant ridges fade into a cool, misty haze under the heavy cloud cover. A sharp ridge line cuts across the upper right corner, separating the bright meadow from the overcast sky.
