Whale Shark in Winter Dawn Water

Cobalt light falls through exceptionally clear water, illuminating a massive whale shark swimming along an ice-scoured channel. The creature moves slowly, its spotted skin glowing against the cold blue backdrop. Misty dawn light diffuses softly, eliminating harsh shadows and revealing the texture of the shark's hide. Thin surface ripples distort the light above, creating a shimmering ceiling of silver and grey. The water remains still, preserving the clarity needed to see the shark's full form from behind. Ice edges line the channel boundaries, their rough surfaces catching the faint morning glow. One shadow stretches beneath the animal, marking its position in the deep, cold current.
