Waterfall Plunges onto Yunnan Wave-Cut Shoreline

Bright late-afternoon light floods a wide panoramic view where a waterfall crashes down onto a wave-cut shoreline in Yunnan. Dense jungle foliage frames the falls, with broad green leaves and thick vines resting on the cliff edges. The dry season leaves the ground near the base bare and dusty, contrasting against the lush canopy above. Shadows stretch long across the wet stones, highlighting the rough texture of the rock and the smooth flow of the falling water. Fine mist rises from the impact zone, hanging in the warm coastal air. One spray of water catches the light, creating a fleeting rainbow against the deep greens and grays.
