Tabla Fingers in Evening Blue Light

Vivid orange footlights cut through the deepening indigo of a polar night evening, illuminating hands poised over two brass and wood drums. The skin of the fingers glistens with sweat under the warm artificial glow, contrasting against the cool blue ambient light filtering from above. Textures of the drumheads show fine grain and tension, while the wooden shells reflect the stage lighting with soft highlights. The background dissolves into the dark, fuzzy canvas of a circus tent, with faint shadows of rigging hanging in the gloom. A final rim of light catches the edge of a silver bangle on the wrist.
