Silhouetted Drummers in Winter Evening Light

Honeyed evening light spills across a dim stage in Leganés, casting four figures into sharp, dark silhouettes. Low-hanging winter clouds outside frame the bright, diffuse glow behind the performers. Each drummer holds a large, circular frame, their raised arms and leaning postures frozen in rhythmic tension. Heavy winter coats drape their forms, suggesting the cold air of the dead of winter. The stage floor reflects faint streaks of the backlight, highlighting dust suspended in the air. Their shadows stretch long and thin across the wooden planks, at the base of the figures in the physical space of the venue.
