Drummers Perform Under Tent on Naples Beach

Warm amber stage light cuts through indigo twilight, illuminating suspended haze that floats above the sand. A circular group of drummers sits on a wooden platform beneath the heavy canvas of a circus tent. The fabric walls show signs of wear and local salt air, while the floorboards reflect the glow against the darkening sky. Musicians lean forward with hands raised, their instruments resting on knees or the ground. The deep blue of the evening sky frames the open side of the tent, against the golden warmth inside. Dust motes swirl in the light beams, settling near the drum skins and the rough texture of the tent poles. One drumstick rests on the edge of the frame.
