Sunfish Silhouette Over Venice Seagrass at Twilight

A massive ocean sunfish floats in profile against the dimming violet sky, its body rendered as a dark, rounded silhouette. The water surface ripples gently, catching the last amber glow of late spring twilight. Below the fish, a dense meadow of seagrass sways in the shallow Adriatic waters near Venice, their long blades creating a textured green carpet that fades into a soft, milky haze. Plankton particles suspended in the water scatter the fading light, blurring the distance between the fish and the seabed. The creature's rough, grey skin texture is barely visible along the edges where the backlight strikes. A faint shadow stretches beneath the sunfish, resting on the swaying grass below.
