Steel Penstock Bend at Dawn Mist

Pale morning haze wraps around the massive steel penstock bend rising from the hydroelectric intake in Cordoba. The curved metal surface gleams with a cool, wet sheen, reflecting the soft, diffused light of first light. Thick monsoon mist fills the background, obscuring the coastal town edge and creating layers of atmospheric depth. Heavy cables stretch tautly across the frame, anchoring the structure against the grey sky. The steel shows signs of industrial wear, with rivets and seams visible beneath the damp coating. A small patch of green vegetation rests on the concrete base, against the grey machinery. at the edge is a droplet of water sliding slowly down the vertical curve of the pipe.
