Tanker Hull Dry Dock Scaffolding Before Sunrise

Rust-colored steel curves of a massive tanker hull rest within a concrete dry dock, encircled by a dense lattice of scaffolding. Low morning light strikes the horizon haze, casting long, sharp shadows across the industrial yard. Utility towers loom overhead, their metal frameworks silhouetted against a pale, clearing sky. The air remains still and cool, preserving the mechanical severity of the site. Orange safety railings run along the walkways, against the dull gray of the wet concrete floor. One rust streak runs down the hull's side, marking the boundary between the painted steel and the raw metal beneath. The composition places the vessel's bow on the right vertical third, anchoring the heavy structure against the empty expanse of the yard.
