Heavy grey clouds press low against the horizon as twilight deepens into a rich, indigo blue. A Victorian iron bridge spans a deep gorge, its intricate latticework reduced to a sharp black silhouette against the fading sky. Mist rises from the water below, softening the dark edges of the stone gorge walls. To the right, the weathered texture of a fortress wall stands tall, its rough masonry visible in the dim light. The composition centers the bridge perfectly, creating a mirror-like symmetry between the structure and its reflection in the still, dark water. The ironwork appears fragile yet strong, against the soft, swirling fog that rests on the gorge floor.
