Rain streaks across the dark water surface as a white seaplane glides toward a weathered wooden dock under the dim light of pre-dawn. Starlight reflects in long, shimmering lines on the wet causeway, merging with the faint glow from the horizon to illuminate the scene. The aircraft's hull cuts through the rain-slicked waves, creating a V-shaped wake that distorts the mirrored reflection of its fuselage and wings. Wooden pilings stand dark and wet against the grey sky, their surfaces glistening with accumulated moisture. The water's surface acts as a perfect mirror, doubling the silhouette of the plane and the dock posts. One reflection of a rivet on the plane's side catches the faint ambient light near the waterline.
