Seaplane Docking at West Bengal Ferry Crossing

Thick, dark liquid smoke pours downward from the seaplane's engines, forming heavy, viscous ribbons that strike the water with visible ripples rather than drifting into the sky. The aircraft glides toward a weathered wooden dock on a remote ferry crossing in West Bengal, its hull cutting through the dry season mist. Golden sunset light wraps the horizon, casting long, sharp shadows that define the planks of the pier and the metallic sheen of the fuselage. Fine fog hangs low over the water, softening the distant tree line while the falling smoke remains distinct and heavy. The contrast between the impossible downward flow and the crisp textures of the wood creates a surreal stillness. A final reflection of the dark smoke ripples across the wet surface of the dock's edge.
