Rainbow Prism Light Over Thai Storm Clouds

Bright midday sunlight fractures through a transparent prism, scattering a sharp spectrum of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet across a sheet of white paper. The paper rests on a reflective water surface, mirroring the colorful band. Above, a horizon of stacked thunderheads dominates the sky, their grey bases low and heavy with the threat of rain. The cool season air hangs still under the heavy cloud cover. Diagonal lines formed by the light beam and cloud edges create visual tension against the soft white paper. The rainbow spectrum ends abruptly at the paper's edge, where a thin shadow falls across the wet surface.
