Logging Train Carries Timber Through Wet Forest Fog

Clear dry mountain light cuts through the heavy, wet fog clinging to the harbor mouth near Lima's Centro Historico. A heavy logging train moves diagonally across the frame, its steel wheels gripping rusted rails that cut through the damp, dark earth. Massive logs, stripped of bark and glistening with moisture, stack high on flatbed cars, their rough textures against the smooth, grey metal of the locomotive. The forest surrounding the tracks is dense with ferns and broad leaves, all coated in a fine sheen of water. A low-hanging veil softens the distant hills while the foreground remains sharp. The train's motion creates a stark line of tension against the stillness of the wet woods, ending where the rails disappear into the mist near the water's edge.
