Leatherback Turtle Dives Through Jellyfish Bloom
Amber city lights begin to glow on the distant horizon, casting a faint, warm reflection across the dark water surface. Below, a massive leatherback sea turtle descends toward a seagrass meadow, its dark, leathery skin textured with rows of ridges and small bumps. The turtle glides through a dense cloud of translucent jellyfish, their bell-shaped bodies and trailing tentacles suspended in the water like floating ghosts.
