Dewdrop Spider Web Reflections Monaco Dawn

Tiny water spheres rest on the fine silk threads of a spider web strung across a shaded game trail in Monaco. Early summer light breaks just over the horizon, throwing a sharp rim of pale gold along the outer edges of the droplets while the center remains in deep shadow. The silk strands are nearly invisible against the dark background, visible only where they catch the faint ambient glow. A layer of fine dust hangs low above the damp earth, catching the first rays of the sun. The dew reflects the muted greens of nearby foliage and the dark silhouette of the trail. One droplet near the center holds a perfect, inverted image of the sky, its edge blurring slightly into the wet silk.
