Dawn Rim Light on Venezuelan Tepui Mountain

Thick mist swallows the valley floor, creating a soft white void beneath a massive flat-topped tepui mountain rising from the cloud forest. Deep shadow covers the lower slopes, while the jagged upper rim catches the first pale light of dawn. The stone surface appears rough and ancient, textured by layers of erosion. Below, the forest canopy disappears into the gray fog, with only the highest tree tops occasionally breaking the surface. Layers of rock and cloud recede into the distance, showing the immense scale of the landscape. A thin band of golden light traces the very edge of the cliff face against the darkening sky.
