Faint ground glow illuminates a weathered concrete wall beneath an elevated train line in Tawau. A sharp chain-link fence casts a repeating diamond grid of shadows across the rough gray surface. The predawn darkness wraps the scene, leaving only the pale, starlit sky visible above the steel beams. Heat shimmer wavers just above the wet pavement, distorting the reflection of the overhead structure. Rain-soaked asphalt stretches into the distance, creating dark leading lines that guide the gaze toward the fading light. A small puddle near the wall base catches the dim illumination, mirroring the texture of the fence above.
