Silhouetted Crane Pad Rack in Kaohsiung Rainy Season

Dust and crushed stone cover the ground beneath a tower crane in Kaohsiung during the rainy season. A metal outrigger pad rack stands in silhouette against the soft glow of city lights beginning to fade into twilight. Boot marks flatten the edges of the floor, pressing into the loose gravel and leaving distinct indentations. Converging lines from the rack structure guide toward a distant vanishing point where the urban skyline emerges. The metal surfaces appear dark and heavy, against the faint ambient light of the clear evening. Fine particles of dust rest on the lower edges of the steel beams, settling on the rough terrain. The scene shows the raw, functional reality of a construction site without polish or gloss.
