Camel Caravan Pine Forest Dawn New Mexico
Cold silver dawn light washes over a line of camels moving through a dense pine forest beside a fogbound harbor mouth in New Mexico. The animals walk single file, their thick, weather-beaten coats absorbing the muted morning glow. Long, sharp shadows stretch across the forest floor, cast by the low sun just below the horizon. Stacked clouds hover heavily above the treeline, their undersides dark and textured against the pale sky. Wind whips the pine needles and ruffles the fur on the camels' necks. The ground is covered in dry needles and patches of frost, marking the turn of seasons. From behind, the caravan advances steadily into the mist, their hooves kicking up faint dust. at the edge is the frost clinging to the pine needles at the edge of the path.
