Rich amber sunlight floods the surface, illuminating a circular spore print resting on crisp white paper. The radial pattern of the spores creates a dense, textured disc against the stark background. Behind the paper, a strip of lichen-covered bark provides a rough, organic contrast with patches of green and grey clinging to the weathered wood. The shallow depth of field blurs the bark into soft, indistinct shapes while keeping the spore structure sharp and jewel-like. Dust motes are absent, leaving only the clean, geometric precision of the print and the natural grain of the lichen in focus. The edge of the paper casts a faint, soft shadow across the wood.
