Upside-Down Reflection of Frozen Rink in Water Ceiling
Thick mist hangs low over a vine-choked corridor where orange sunset light cuts through the polar night gloom. The floor holds a melted and refrozen puddle, its surface cracked and uneven beneath the orange glow. Above, the ceiling has transformed into a sheet of water, mirroring the scene upside down with perfect clarity. The inverted reflection shows the vines hanging from above, the puddle suspended in the air, and the orange light bleeding upward into the mist. Rough concrete walls frame the space, their surfaces damp and dark against the vibrant illumination. The impossible water ceiling creates a seamless loop where the ground and sky merge into a single, fluid reality. Every detail of the corridor appears twice, once upright and once inverted, locked in a silent, haunted stillness. One shard of ice in the puddle reflects the inverted vines above.
