Upside Down Wine Reflection on Water Ceiling Jammu
by Shawn Brewer
A stemmed glass of deep red wine rests on a crisp linen tablecloth, backlit by the warm glow of a Jammu sunset. Above, the ceiling has transformed into a sheet of still water, mirroring the table scene in perfect, inverted detail. The wine glass hangs from the liquid surface, its reflection showing the stem pointing downward toward the floor while the bowl floats near the water's skin. Golden light pools across the rippled ceiling, creating shimmering highlights that distort the room's corners. Shadows from the glass stretch upward into the water, casting dark, fluid shapes against the glowing red liquid. The tablecloth folds drape naturally, their texture visible both on the table and in the watery reflection above. one drop of condensation rests on the glass rim, suspended in the air between the solid table and the liquid sky.
