The structure sits in perfect symmetrical alignment, its rigid lines reflecting the civic-scale austerity of flood defense infrastructure. Below, floodwater stretches across the landscape, its surface rippling under the bright sun. The glass facade mirrors the sky and the levee path, creating a layered visual where the digital interface meets the natural environment.
