Levee Service Tunnel Amber Glow at Sunset

Shallow floodwater mirrors the underside of a service tunnel running along a levee path near Pune. Rows of metal cable trays stretch into the distance, illuminated by strips of fluorescent light that cast a low amber hue across structural steel beams. The cool season air does not obscure the vibrating energy around the transformers and heavy cables. Long leading lines formed by the pipework and water reflections draw toward the vanishing point where the tunnel meets the fading sky. The steel surfaces reflect the warm light with a wet, polished sheen, while the dark water below holds the inverted image of the infrastructure in sharp, undistorted clarity.
