Silhouetted Dolphin Riding Wave Over Chilean Seagrass

Bright midmorning light filters down through the water column, illuminating a dense haze of plankton that softens the background into a pale blue-gray wash. A bottlenose dolphin arcs through the frame, its dark body rendered as a sharp silhouette against the luminous surface above. Beneath the animal, a bed of green seagrass sways gently on the sandy ocean floor, marking the coastal meadow of Chile. The pressure wave creates a subtle distortion in the water, rippling the light around the creature's dorsal fin. Fine particulate matter floats in the beam, catching the sun and creating a textured glow that separates the foreground subject from the distant seabed. The dolphin's sleek form cuts through the suspended water, its tail fin trailing just above the swaying grass blades.
