Siberian Tiger Prowling Deep Snow Near Granville Island

Orange and black stripes of a Siberian tiger cut through the white expanse of deep snow along a narrow game trail. Heavy overcast skies diffuse the first rays of sunrise, casting a soft, even glow across the fur and the surrounding drifts. The animal moves with deliberate, low-slung steps, its muscles tensed beneath the thick coat. A dark tree branch frames the left side of the view, creating a natural border around the creature. Patches of green moss peek through the snow near the trail's edge, against the stark white ground. The tiger's amber eyes scan the path ahead, reflecting the pale morning light. Snow rests on the tips of the fur on its chest and paws.
