Shattered Tile Mosaics Under Glass Arcade Munich

Dappled sunlight pierces through midsummer foliage, striking a floor littered with broken ceramic mosaics inside a glass-roofed arcade near Haidhausen. The fragments display faded blues, ochres, and creams, their jagged edges catching the shifting light against the dark structural beams. Low-hanging clouds hang heavy above the glass panes, diffusing the late afternoon sun into a soft, gray illumination that reveals the rough texture of the debris. Dust rests in the crevices between the tiles, while weathered wood frames the space at the edges. One sharp shard of blue glass lies beside a larger cream tile, its surface reflecting the muted green of the leaves overhead.
