Misty Boab Tree on Fern Forest Floor
Thick, pale gray bark of the boab tree rises from a carpet of vibrant green ferns. The massive trunk swells at the base before tapering upward into a sparse canopy of dark branches. Overhead, heavy gray clouds diffuse the midmorning light, casting soft, shadowless illumination across the forest floor. The scene remains cool and still, with the ferns lying flat against the damp earth. No direct sunlight pierces the canopy, leaving the textures of the bark and leaves in muted, even tones. The fern fronds curl slightly at the edges where they touch the soil.
