Soft, overcast light diffuses across a dark water surface along a switchback shoreline near Jabalpur. A small rowing boat moves forward, leaving a churning wake where bioluminescent algae ignite in electric blue and turquoise streaks. Rain-slicked rocks line the bank, reflecting the pale pre-dawn sky. Humid air hangs heavy, visible as a faint mist rising from the water's edge. The boat's oars dip rhythmically, disturbing the glowing trail that curves against the rule of thirds. Bright spots of light scatter along the disturbed water, against the deep indigo shadows of the surrounding vegetation. A cluster of glowing particles rests on the boat's wooden hull.
